Freight:

All shipments are FOB shipping point.

Damage during shipment is between the carrier and consignee.

Returned goods policy:

Good Green Products, Inc. offers a 30 day money back guarantee, less shipping and handeling and any commisions.

All returned goods will be subject to inspection and a 20% restocking charge and be in original condition.

A return authorization number must be assigned prior to returning any products and must accompany the shipment, clearly noted on the shipping label.

Good Green Products will issue a shipping label with the carrier for return.

Defective Merchandise:

Good Green Products liability on defective merchandise will be limited.

GGP will either repair/replace defective merchandise or issue credit.

Determination will be at the discretion of Good Green Products, Inc.
