Vendor FAQ

Q:  Can you tell me more about your company?
A:  We are an on-line marketplace for certifiable, green, eco-friendly, and organic products.  Our objective is to provide frustrated green shoppers an ease of finding products without the hassle of going through multiple web sites. 

Q: How do you intend on marketing your company?
A: This is something we are currently researching and aggressively working on.  We will be working with various search engine companies, as well as internet advertising to optimize our exposure.

Q: How will the purchase take place?
A: Customers will place the order with Will You Green.  Vendors will be notfied via email and via the vendor page of each order placed for their specific product.  Vendors can track all orders from the vendor page.

Q:  Are there any additional fees?
A:  No.  You only pay the commission for each purchased transaction. There are no additional set up fees, category fees, uploading fees, etc. 

Q:  Is the commission charged based on the sales amount?
A:  The commission is charged based on the entire transaction amount, which includes sales price, taxes, & shipping costs. 

Q:  What will we have to do to get started?
A:  Click on the "New Vendor" link below and we will email your user ID and temporary password.  Log in and upload your products, set pricing, and shipping methods.  It’s very simple.  Once your vendor account is set up, you will be ready to sell. 

Q:  How will the payment be processed? 
A:  Will You Green will process and collect all payments from the customer, including shipping charges.  Sales tax must be included in the vendor’s final sale price.  Will You Green does not collect taxes.  We accept Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover, PayPal, and Google checkout.  CVS codes are required.

Q:  How will we get paid?
A:  All orders must be shipped with a verifiable tracking number.  All payment will be issued at the end of the following month for all orders posted as “shipped”.  Payment will be made by check or you can set up a direct deposit with us.  We are currently working on an automated system, where the payment will be processed immediately after the product has been shipped with a verifiable tracking number. 

Q:  How are refunds processed? 
A:  You, the “seller” will be responsible for all returns and refunds.  Will You Green is not responsible for any transactions between the customer and vendors after the product has been shipped.  Customers will be notified to contact the vendors for any returns.  Your commission will NOT be refunded for any returns.  If the customer’s refund is approved, you will have to notify Will You Green and you must send a refund payment to Will You Green.  Once we receive the refund payment from you, we will then issue the refund to the customer in the original form.

Q:  Who will be processing and shipping the orders?
A:  You, the "seller", will have to process and ship all orders directly to the customer.  Notification will be emailed to you and reflected also on your vendor account.  Upon receiving the order, the product must be shipped within (5) business days.  The shipping time frame of course will be flexible if your orders are custom products (i.e., made to suit, formulated, sized to fit, and so on).  You can manage your orders from your vendor account. 

Q:  Can we add a hyperlink that directs the customer’s to our web site?
A:  No.  Will You Green is NOT a linking web site.  Our goal is to avoid being a "linking" site.  We want customers to have the convenience of buying all of their "green" needs from one web site.  You may NOT provide a direct link or hyperlink to your company’s web site from Will You Green.    

Q:  Are there any restricted items that you do not allow us to sell?
A:  Tobacco, Alcoholic Beverages, Controlled Substance and Illegal Drugs, Prescription Drugs, Firearms, Ammunition and Weapons, Hazardous, Restricted & Perishable Items, Illegal Items that Encourage and Promote Illegal Activities, Living Creatures of Any Kind, Unauthorized Copies of Movies or Books, Replicas, Offensive Materials, Membership Clubs, Donations and Charitable Solicitations, and Tickets, Coupons, and Gift Cards, and any item that is illegal according to state and federal laws.

Q:  What if there is NOT a category for my product?
A:  We are still working on adding categories as our vendors upload new products to our web site.  Please notify techsupport@willyougreen.com and we will be more than happy to add a category if there is not one for your particular product.
