Shipping & Returns

Return Policy

Will You Green is unable to process returns directly.  If you purchased an item from us, the item was shipped by one of our affiliated vendors.  Returns are processed and handled directly with the vendor(s) from whom the purchased item(s) were shipped from.  You can view each vendor's return policy by locating and selecting the product, navigating to the vendor link, and selecting their "Return Policy" on the right side panel.  Most vendors are not responsible for the return shipping charge unless the return is a result of the vendor's error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

To begin the return process, contact the vendor directly and return the item to the vendor's address.  Upon receipt of the returned item(s), the vendor will contact Will You Green to process the refund.  All refunds will be issued in the orginal form of payment.


Shipping

Our vendors can ship to all destinations in the United States. 

When you place an order, you will receive an estimated shipping and delivery date based on the availability of your item(s) and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping method you choose, your estimated time of arrival (ETA) may appear on the shipping page along with a tracking number.

Also, please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
